Morning Post workout Meal :

35g Whey protein isolate.

Evening Pre workout Meal :
150g Sweet Potato 🍠,
150g Cucumber 🥒,
6 Eggs white 🥚.

Evening Post Workout Meal :
200g white rice meal🍚,
150g chicken 🐔,
40g Curd,
50g onion 🧅.
