Women Fitness is something I really want to spread. Home exercises or workouts at home is something that you people have been requesting from a very long time. Workout without equipments and with no gym required is also known as home training. Home exercises and workouts helps a lot in shaping and toning our body. In today’s video I have shown some home workouts and home exercises which you can include in your quarantine to make the best use of the day. These home workouts are really basic and perfect for beginners. Fat loss at home is your main concern, if I am not wrong. So, for this workout at home video, I haven’t used any gym equipments or gym weights.
