Complete the circuit in 3 sets.
– Round 1: 21 reps
– Round 2: 15 reps
– Round 3: 9 reps

2. Bar Facing Burpee:
3. Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatch:
4. Box Jumps:
5. Toes To Bar:

1. Hand Stand Push-ups to failure
2. Rope Climb. (until failure)
3. Recovery Rows to cool down
