Hey, there!

Today I’ll be taking you through one of my very own personal full body workouts! Full workout written down below & make sure to take screenshots of the THREE diagrams at the very end of this video that give you pictures of the exercises along with the number of reps and sets for each.

Don’t forget that your fitness goals are fueled also through your nutrition, so always remember to stay consistent with both your nutrition & training.

Remember to use weights that are challenging for you but that you can also work with while keeping proper form.

Height: 5’3″
Bust: 30″, 32A
Waist: 27″
Hips: 36″
Preferred Inseam Length (right above ankles): 27″

WORKOUT:
1) Squats | 2 warm up sets of 12-15 reps, 3 working sets of 8 reps
2) Sumo Deadlifts | 2 warm up sets of 8 reps, 3 working sets of 5 reps
3) Lat Pulldown superset w/ Kneeling Single-Leg Cable Rows | 3×15, 3×12/side
4) Incline DB Chest Press | 3×12
5) Seated DB Shoulder Press superset w/ Seated DB Bicep Curls | 3×10, 3×12
6) Triceps Pushdowns | 3×12
