We know many of you stay more time at home since the current situation in the world. At the same time, we received a lot of requests to make the workout routines easier, easier, and easier !! So, we are introducing ‘At Home, For Beginners’ workout you can follow at your home without any equipment, noise, and workout skills.

If you are beginner, please follow this routine at least 2 times a week to get used to it. Then, we will make more exercise videos for other parts of our body and you can continue to do the workout.

처음 운동을 하시는 분이라면 최소 일주일에 2번 이상 이 운동을 하면서 익숙해지는 것이 중요해요. 저희가 앞으로 다른 부위 운동들을 계속 만들테니 꾸준히 따라해주시면 되겠죠!?
