Baby Boomers Senior Gold Dance Fitness Walk March is a low impact 30 minute dance fitness exercise workout. The exercise dance moves are safe fun and effective to help baby boomers and seniors burn fat, lose weight and to become stronger. Remember the Grapevine? Step Touches? Then get your gold sneakers on. This workout is not just for baby boomers and seniors but for anyone who loves to dance their way to fitness. You will do grapevine, step touches and more. You will have so much fun that you will forget that you are exercising.

It is recommended that you do cardio exercise at least 20 minutes a day. And to do strength training at least one day a week, but two days a week would be better with at least 48 hours of rest in-between each strength training workout.
